Yay! We escaped Ile d’Yeu!! Not a bad trip, winds on the beam F4-5 from the west, sea was quite choppy at times and we were fortunate in dodging the rain showers.
All but one of the visitor berths were occupied with dredging machinery, just enough space to get our boat in. Another boat, French, came in shortly after and had to raft up against us. A cheery lot, 7 of them on a boat our size. Le Pouliguen appeared closed for the season but we managed to find a bar with wifi.
