The wind and rain came early and blew itself out overnight. We woke up to blue skies and sunshine. We met up with Rosie and Otti (S/Y Enya) at 10 a.m. as we have now joined a car share syndicate and we had arranged to go with them to the Sunday market at Beldebiyi. We bought our fresh fruit and vegetables and then went to Kippa (Tesco) to get our meat and dairy products. We called at Aktas on the way back for a quick cold beer at Orange restaurant.
In the afternoon, Chris had kindly offered to go up our mast to put another halyard on so that we can hoist the dinghy up more easily. This was no effort to him and a few cold beers came out as a reward.
