Tom-what a page turner! Poor Beatrix had to sit in a pooey nappy for nearly half an hour whilst i continued reading…Never knew you had it in you:-) all I’d read of yours before were notes on how we could make money on our latest wheeze, what our inventory should be for camping trips and possible hiding places to stop Anne finding your porn stash. Can I put that here? Well I just have. Anyway…such inspirational stuff…how on earth am I supposed to write a bloody annual appraisal after reading that??!! Mikey & Nick, cheers for that. I’m looking forward to getting some unlimited sleep, and the troughs are definitely making the peaks higher! Benjamin Arnold, oh dear oh dear. Leaving your daughter in soiled nappies eh? Remember; social services are only a phone call away… lol

Hi Tom, friends of friends of your parents (I think!) here. Just to say we’re wishing you the best of sailing conditions and no more boat problems from here on. Thinking of you from our land-locked spot near Wrexham. Georgina

I feel really guilty now, after finally getting a chance to read your blog, what an adventure, I would have given up already on at least 3 occasions. How are your cash reserves, if you need some cash transferring I can spare a few hundred. Can’t believe how much I’m missing you. Best of luck. Dave S

Thanks for the best wishes Georgina. I hope to have no more major problems of course and that the very worst conditions are behind me for a bit!
Dave- you really are a great friend to me. Cash reserves lasting at the moment, I’m just being even more careful how I spend it these days! I am looking forward to using the inflatable kayak you lent me; I should be using the anchor a lot more from now on, and it will be much more fun than the inflatable dinghy… cheers!
