A new Post “Day 19 – 100 nm to go” was written on the June 7, 2012 at 12:00 pm on “S.V. Resolution”.

I expect to arrive in Hilo early tomorrow morning. Still no real signs

of land. There is nothing on the radio, no weather information, no

ship sightings, but gps tells me I’m there, so I believe it. If there

is some clearing of the cloud on the horizon, I may be able to spot

land around sunset, otherwise, the Cape Kumukahi lighthouse should be

visible by midnight. After almost 3 weeks away from land, I’m looking

forward to seeing it again.

Course 258 at 5.4 kt

100 nm to go 132 progress

Wind from 90 deg at 18 kt, mostly sunny, intermittent showers
