Due to a number of issues, we have decided to delay our trip until next

spring.

We wil spend the next few weeks in the west country and visit some of the

places we have not been to. We will go back to the solent for the winter.

Such is life!

Before we leave it is time to rest and do a check up!

After a few hours motor-sailing with no wind, we arrived in Falmouth.

There nearly was a fly over and a big wellcoming committee for us!!! more about that in days to come!

After a slow 7nm sail from Fowey, Josephine and us had a wonderful overnight stay in this anchorage and had BBQ on the beach.

Then it all went pair-shape! More about that latter.

Left Yealm and sailed down to Fowey, after saying goodbye to Sandstorm.  Moored on the mid-stream pontoon with Josephine and went ashore for a great fish supper.

We arrived in the Yealm river by mid day and it was all worth it. We meet up with Sandstorm and had two wonderfull days in and around the river.

We had a very uncomfortable sail with the wind on the nose and rough seas. Josephine and us were there in it all and nearly changed course but carried on and on and on until we got to the river Yealm.

But now I know how to tie the rib better so it doesn’t come loose in the midle of the night!

Short sail from Gosport to Yarmouth and meet Britespark for a wanderful night and said goodbye again!

We will start today with a short hop to Yarmouth test all systems!
