Previous Owner's Trips

Cintra was born...then became Namaste...then Blessed

October 17, 2010

The first owner of this boat, Jorge M. Serpa, named the boat Cintra, after his father’s former naval vessel.  Here is a link to the site that archived his trip across the atlantic, in the fall of 2002.

Jorge, if you see this, get in touch, I owe you a big thanks for a great vessel and the legacy we have inherited.

Later, he sailed the vessel from Annapolis to North Carolina, along with the next owners, Wayne and Tracey Hadley.  Here is a link, found on the internet, taken at the departure to NC.

Then, named the Namaste, she was nicely upgraded and enjoyed the NC rivers and sounds.  She made one voyage to Maine and performed well. See attached picture of second owners sailing her in Maine.

We want to thank Wayne and Tracey, we only hope to keep the boat as well at they did.
