What a brutal day.
Left EYC about 9:30. Overcast with about 6-8knt winds from the exact
location we wanted to go. The motor ran pretty much the whole way!!!
The weather was insane, as well winds picked up to 25knts and higher
at times. The waves were over 6ft. Only wish I could figure out
where the flip cameras underwater case could be found and would have
recorded the crossing. Makes the crossing from toronto island like
childs play. I took more of a beating than the boat. It’s early
evening for all aboard. We finally arrived in whitby for the night.
Forecast isn’t looking all that great for Sunday either ;(
Boat is all covered in wet clothes. Looks like getto boat.

Getting ready

After many days and nights of working and getting the boat ready we are almost ready to let the dock lines go and head off to the Thousand Islands.
We will try and keep the blog updated with whats going on and our position. As long as we can find a cell signal we are good to go.
