Ok, so last blog got screwed up. The plan for the trip is this:
May 22: Depart DCA-MIA-STT and then meet with the owner of the Ace Flight Center, and do some flying in a Cessna 172 to get a unique view of the cruising grounds. Sleepaboard at the American Yacht Harbor that evening, onboard Lucy’s Two a GibSea 433, and the next day explore St Thomas.
Class officially begins at 4, and we will spend time between the USVI and the BVI getting prepared to be authorized to charter a 50ft sailboat!
Brian Moberley is coming down as well, it’s gonna be a fun time!
