Still in Middelburg! Such a pretty old town, last night we checked out the yacht club (very friendly and great sense of humour) and Jazz Desafinado, a live jazz cafe really famous in these parts ( very friendly and all sung in English!) Today is market day, so we just had to stay, also, have only just discovered that today is “Hemelvaart” a public holiday, Everything closes except the bars and the market, both are really busy! So we did our shopping at the market, and then had a guided tour of the Town Hall, a magnificent building, and well worth a visit.
