Woke at 6 a.m. safe and sound and decided to motor around the smaller island – Ile St. Honorat where there is a monastery which has produced some twenty saints and a staggering 600 bishops in it’s time.  Morne Fortune stayed anchored under the fort all night but in the morning they found that their anchor had caught under the concrete slipway to the island – no wonder they didn’t move! Chris had to dive down 4 times to free the anchor.

We motor sailed to Antibes an anchored in the bay Anse de la Sails and took the dinghy ashore in search of a marine electrician for Chris and Lois, which we found and arranged to take a berth in the marina so that he could get things sorted out.  After catching a few hours sleep we walked around Antibes old town – very nice indeed.
