We had been hugging the bank along the Hampton Flats to stay out of the wind and waves with the intention of over nighting at the Hampton City Docks.  Laura took the helm for a while and we discussed our options.  I was soaking wet, and they were both minus an outfit due to G-puke.  While an early RTB was a blow to my pride, it was the right call.  We have the boat next weekend too, no since getting burnt out.  Eighty degrees of turn later we were direct NOB.

Back at the Dock

We put the boat to bed, but we didn’t tuck her in.  We’re going out for lunch with some friends tomorrow.
