Subic Bay Yacht Club has horrible disappointing service! They will f* you over! We rented a boat for fishing and they said they will take care of everything including the equipment and bring us deep sea to fish and we’ll definitely catch fishes. But the fishing rods they provided were no good, they kept breaking when big fishes were caught, and we practically weren’t able to fish! The only fishes we caught were as small as our fingers and everyone of us were out there under the sun for hours so disappointed. Worse, they didn’t bring us far, we were within the port and they brought us to an illegal fishing area!!! We had to hide that we’re fishing everytime police came by!
The lobby of the place is scorching hot. Since we are fishing, they said they will give us a room discounted. Plus we have a member with us and they said that members do not get charged for tax on their room. We paid for incidentals on check-in though that they said they will return to us when we check out. Our friend was the last one to leave and they didn’t return that money and charged him of tax!
They’d take advantage of you and f* you over as much as they could all for money. Worst service ever!
