After a number of years of being on the east coast I'm now taking my little boat from Cramond in Edinburgh through the Forth and Clyde canal to Bowling and then onwards to Tarbert.

September 29, 2008: After what seems like ages we set out today to take the Timahoy up to the first lock of the Forth and Clyde canal.
