July 26, 2008: Left Bristol Harbor at 6:30 AM. Wind averaged between 18-20 kts. from the South. We motored down the Sakonnet River as the wind was dead on. Seas 2 to 5 feet off shore, so sailed with the Jib only from the entrance of the river to Cleveland Ledge. We maintained an average speed of 5 to 6+ kts.
