New England Cruise 2007
Trip started in Keyport NJ. We went up to Block Island and Newport and then made our way back to Liberty Marina across from NYC.
May 01, 2009: We left Branford after a great night. We sailed to Manhasset Bay, the last harbor before the east river. We pulled up to the dock at Louie’s restaurant. May 01, 2009: The crew consists of the following mates:Admiral George, Capain Peter, Sous Chef ThaiLyn and crew Beth. The boat "Shoestring" is a Hughs 48 and there lots of tasks ahead to prepare her for delivery to Nassau, where her owners live. May 01, 2009: I wish it really was Spring in NY. 29 degrees. What happened?2 weeks ago, unwrapped the boat shined it up, and now it is back to dirty again.Getting ready to paint the bottom, I like Micron 66. I know it is expensive, but did an excellent job last year. June 04, 2010: Little Woody was great and we highly recommend him. He had great stories of the disasters on the reef (good for business) and celebrities that use his service (good for business).
