Husband Kim and I have sailed Lake Michigan for 6 years in charter boats and in our own Hunter 216. Also chartered in BVI and Baltimore.
Looking to be full-time cruisers in 2 years. Sail and work as an RN in contract position.

Thanks for your posts. Too bad the town was not so tourist friendly, except for the vestryman and Bill D.(navy captain). That’s got to be a disappointment when you are planning on a nice meal, and transportaion.We have seen skiing behind a jet ski. Wake boarding too. The boarders quite enjoy the wake made by those jet skis. The teenagers did this often when we lived on sports lake in Michigan. Got to be annoying when you are floating and scrubbing the boat, though.Deb in Louisville

Hi Cool_Breeze. I have read your posts with delight, every day. Have followed your course in my Waterway Guide. We are living in Kentucky right now, just got off the Ohio River where we zoomed along in 20 knots in our Hunter 216 day sailer. We hope to join the full-time cruising set in the next 2 years. I love your stories about the locals and other cruisers that you meet. Thanks for sharing.Deb
