Well I’m Niall and I come from Glasgow. My yacht club is Tarbert Loch Fyne and I can often be found helping teaching the kids there or racing somewhere in Scotland with my laser or somewhere on the Clyde aboard a keelboat.

Sailing Experience

Just now the keelboat I’m sailing on is Playing FT$E a Benetau 47.7 although the first yacht I raced on was First By Farr a First 45f5. I’ve also sailed in Ireland twice, at Cork Week 06 on FbF and Dun Laoghire Week 07 with FT$E. Hopefully this year I will be going back to Cork on FT$E.
I was also a member of the Scottish Laser Squad season 05-06 and I’m currently a member of the Strathclyde University Sailing Team who team race on Fireflies, match race on Sonars or J80s (dependent on the event) and yacht race on Sunfast 37s.
