For an end of the season cruise, we sailed to Atlantic Highlands YC. We came into the harbor and got a great mooring (for free because of reciprocity). A lot of boats came in after us and had to take moorings far out in the harbor…we definitely got lucky! We took the dinghy in for dinner. We went to the yacht club for a couple of cocktails and then went to the harbor side grill. After dinner, we went back to the boat and had another drink and then took the dinghy back in for dessert. We came back and started to watch a movie and then fell asleep. We had great windy sailing both days.
