<div class="maincontent"><p><span lang="EN-GB"><span><span>After an uncomfortable rolly night’s anchorage, we decided to head out to the Ile de Porquerolles and anchored in Plage de la Courtade.<span> </span>The sea was crystal clear and we went ashore to explore the village and marina at Port Porquerolles.</span></span></span></p><p><span lang="EN-GB"><span><span>Very hot today – we all went for a swim!<span> </span>Chris and Lois decided to stay at La Capte for the day.</span></span></span></p><p><span lang="EN-GB"><span><span>A ferry brings passengers from Hyeres and Toulon to the island frequently all day.<span> </span>The waters around the island are a marine reserve and it is prohibited to fish and there is no camping or fires allowed.</span></span></span></p><p><span lang="EN-GB"><span><span>The bay was filled with lots of yachts and small motor boats anchored – none of the super motor cruisers were here.</span></span></span></p></div>
