McGregor anchorage

July 24, 2008

We departed Kihei in the morning under windy conditions and headed for McGregor point.  There we found a small bay sheltered from the wind.  I dove down and checked the status of the anchor – it was OK in sand.  But the rocky shore was a little too close for comfort, which made us nervous.  But it was good to be out of the wind for a change.
