The weather is definitely not being too kind to us – I guess it’s what they call the Engilish summer.

Stayed three nights in Mylor – at least got the laundery done, the water tanks filled and the batteries topped.

Went into Falmouth – went around the Maritime museum – interesting.  Bought some fantastic sirloin steaks.  Wandered into Mylor Bridge – had a pint in the Lemon Arms – nice landlord.  Then wandered off to Pandora Inn.

Decided not to spend all our time in the marina so wandered up the river.  Steyed overnight on a swinging mooring outside the Smugglers cottage.

Next day poodled further up the river and stayed on a visitors pontoon.  Took the dinghy into Truro – an interesting experience.  Got to remember wind over tide in rivers will still see you get wet.
