Trying to beat the bad weather

Left Fowey midday.  Put the sails up but they came down fairly quickly as the wind died away.  Oh well. 

Watched the bad weather approaching and just as we entered the River Fal the heaven’s opened.  Our spray hood is good for spray but unfortunately leaks like crazy in the rain.   Will be seeking an inexpensive solution to fix that.

Staying in Mylor marina – hopefully not for too long, but the weather is the master and we may be here a couple of days.
