Sodus Bay

August 14, 2008

Coming into Sodus Point and Bay you suddenly realize that there is part of the world that really knows how to live.  This is a beautiful location and well protected from the possible savagery of the Lake.  Dave stops the engine about 5 miles out and we sail all the way to the marina where we are to spend the night.

Here is a pretty good aerial photo of Sodus Bay and the area around it.
