Parry's Sail To the Baltic

Kiel Olympic Sailing Village
May 05, 2008
Headed a few miles north of BKYC to the Olympic (1974) Yacht Marinas and settled in for our first anchorage in the Baltic just outside near a beach. Started to do our tide calculations but realised it doesn’t do anything here so got out the G&T’s instead. David whizzed us to the beach on his ris and Hollie had her first play on the beach. After afternoon tea and apple pie we headed over to what was originally the Olympic village in 1970’s gey concrete and investigated a few shops and chandleries.
