Middleaged fat woman with 3 children and a bearded husband. We sail a 36 foot ketch (Southerly 105) on Lough Neagh in Ireland as well as a 17 foot Dockerell anywhere with a slipway.

Sailing Experience

Both adults have sailed from childhood – me in dinghies and him in Ocean Youth Club (most of his memories are of cold and seasickness!).

Children started sailing before birth in most cases and the eldest was strapped in inside her car seat (tight squeeze with lifejacket!) from a couple of weeks old.
