May 23, 2008: The crew has arrived and we’re good to go!All bill paid and the marina, the landlord robbed me of my damage deposit $1200USD and the power company shut my power off a week before I returned to the island, shutting down the freezer and spoiling all the prepared provisions for the trip…....I can’t leave here quick enough. Wow. I envy you…..We were a bit swet back in the quest to go further south, but hope to make it to Rio Dulce this summer, and leave a boat there for “commutesailing” until the present situation allows greater time “down south”....until then we’ll keep sailing vicariously in all of the places we’d like to be…thanks to sailing blogs like yours!
